Provider structure, fees, privacy, and patient rights. Clinical services are provided through licensed providers on the MyOrbit Health platform in partnership with The Original Peptide Fairy.
1. Membership Terms
The Peptide Fairy is a marketing and enrollment partner of the clinical providers who treat you. It is not a physician, does not provide clinical services, and does not make any clinical decisions about your care. All clinical decisions, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, and prescribing, are made exclusively by licensed providers on the MyOrbit Health platform, independent of any business or marketing considerations. The Peptide Fairy's compensation does not affect your program pricing or the medications you are prescribed.
2. Subscription Billing
Your program fee is a single bundled charge covering provider consultation and oversight, medication for the program period, and platform and administrative services. You will see a single charge on your payment method, and you will be notified of any pricing changes before your next renewal date.
The pharmaceutical component of your fee is collected on behalf of the dispensing pharmacy and remitted to the pharmacy separately.
3. Provider Oversight
Enrollment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Your provider makes an independent clinical determination based on your health information. Refund eligibility if a prescription is not issued is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy disclosed at enrollment. Your health information is protected by HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws; the full Notice of Privacy Practices describes how it may be used and shared.
4. Program Changes
Treatment plans are individualized and may evolve based on provider recommendations, lab work, and clinical response. Your provider may adjust dosing, change medications, request labs or follow-up visits, or discontinue a treatment when clinically appropriate. We will notify you of program or pricing changes before your next renewal.
5. Cancellation Policies
You may discontinue your program at any time, subject to the refund terms disclosed at enrollment. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for consultation fees, subscription cancellations, and order processing timelines.
6. Patient Responsibilities
As an enrolled patient, you have the right to:
- Ask questions about your treatment and receive honest answers from your provider
- Decline any prescribed medication or treatment at any time
- Seek a second opinion from any provider of your choice
- Request an in-person examination
- Access and receive copies of your medical records
- Request your prescription be transferred to a pharmacy of your choice
- File a complaint with the medical licensing board in your state of residence
In turn, you are responsible for providing accurate health information, completing requested labs or follow-ups, and reporting side effects promptly. Questions about your clinical care or billing? Contact us at [email protected]. If you have a clinical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room; telehealth services are not appropriate for emergencies.
